Job Description:

• Monitor and coordinate all the hotel operational functions within the property
• Provide the highest level of guest service and ensuring that the standards are maintained
• Ensures that all Standard Operating Policies and Procedures are performed in all interactions
• Maintain an efficient, organized work space that encourages productivity at all times
• Manage, record, and resolve promptly all Guest complaints
• Meet and greet VIP Guests and major corporate clients upon arrival
• Monitor Guest satisfaction reports and implements actions to improve results
• Ensures the safety and security of all guests and colleagues guided by the emergency procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the ManagementQualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• With 3-years work experience in the same capacity in the Hospitality Industry
• Excellent leadership skills and exceptional communication skills
• With good interpersonal skills
• Service-oriented with an eye for details
• Can start immediately
• Willing to be assigned in Boracay
