Job Description:

• Ensure smooth overall Resorts Operations (Human Resources, Housekeeping, Security, F&B, Sales and Finance).
• Preparation of the annual budget and monthly forecast
• Ensure SOP implementation in all departments and perform routine operational checks.
• Conduct regular operations team meeting to discuss routine operational matters, sales targets and action taken for service recovery, and also any staff issues.
• Assess and review customer satisfaction and service recovery process.
• Monitor and maintain operation & overhead cost in order to maintain maximum revenue to the Resort.
• Develop, maintain and manage relationships with Government authorities, vendors and suppliers
• Administering effective security processes and maintaining legally required health and safety procedures.
• Excellent revenue management skills with experience of budgets, P&L’s and forecasting.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master’s Degree, Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Strong sales and marketing experience in the Hotel industry
• Excellent people management and revenue management skills
• Willing to be assigned in Bohol.
