Job Description:
This position is responsible for assisting the HR Manager in achieving HR goals and objectives, particularly in the areas of recruitment, administration/records, disciplinary, employee benefits, government relations, employee relations, training, and providing support to the HR team on their day to day operation.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s /College Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Human Resources Management, Business Admin/Management
- With at least 3 years of experience in general HR (Compensation and Benefits etc.,)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible and able to multi-task
- Willing to be assigned to any Astoria Properties.
